Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the CUCU website, the CUCU Markets app and anything else we run under the CUCU name (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

SOL markets

Bets are in real SOL, where available. By depositing SOL you confirm that you are 18 or older, that betting on these markets is legal where you are, and that you are not in a restricted country. SOL markets aren't offered in countries we block, and using a VPN or other tool to get around that is a breach of these terms. We may close any account and return its balance if we believe it was opened from a restricted location.

  • Custody. Deposits are held in a CUCU-controlled wallet until you withdraw them. This is custodial: you are trusting us to hold the funds and to process withdrawals.
  • Deposits are credited to the wallet that sent them, after the transfer is finalized on-chain. Send only from the wallet you signed in with. SOL sent from an exchange or another wallet is credited to that address, not to you.
  • Bets are final once placed and can't be cancelled. Winners split the pool minus the fee shown in the app. If a market is voided, stakes are refunded.
  • Withdrawals go only to the wallet you signed in with. They are subject to minimums and a daily limit across all players, and may be delayed.
  • You can lose everything you deposit. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. You're responsible for making sure your use of the Site is legal where you are.

Your wallet

You sign in by signing a message with a Solana wallet you control. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key and never send transactions from your wallet. You're responsible for keeping your wallet secure.

Fair play

You agree not to:

  • bet on markets for a token you launched or control, or use other wallets to get around that rule;
  • use multiple wallets to game the leaderboard;
  • exploit bugs, attack, overload or interfere with the Site or its data feeds;
  • manipulate a token's on-chain activity to influence how a market settles.

We can suspend wallets, void bets or reset balances if we believe these rules were broken.

Settlement

Markets settle automatically from on-chain data as described in the docs. Data feeds can be late, wrong or missing. Where the docs say a market is voided, stakes are refunded. Settlement results are final, except where we correct an obvious error.

The $CUCU token

$CUCU is a memecoin. It is not an investment, security, share or claim on anything, and comes with no promise of value, returns, utility or future features. See the Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

The CUCU name, the cuckoo mascot, logos, artwork and site design belong to CUCU. You can share screenshots and memes of them for non-commercial fun. Don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your project. Token names and images shown on the Site come from their creators on pump.fun, not from us.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CUCU and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, the $CUCU token, or any third-party service, including wallets, exchanges and pump.fun.

Changes

We can change the Site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
